It's easy to see why the native people called this area Kawartha (land of shining waters). We are located in Buckhorn, Ontario, just east of Peterborough in the "heart" of the Kawarthas. This region has been attracting visitors for over 100 years. The area includes some of Canada's most important navigable water routes of streams, rivers and lakes. We would love to point your paddle in the right direction!

We supply fully outfitted Eco Wilderness Camping Trips. Just show up and you will have an exciting and unique drive by an 8 wheel Argo (which is known for it's "green" factor) to your backcountry camping site. Your Tent will be set up and waiting for you. All the gear you need is supplied and canoes are waiting at waters edge.
